Hello! I'm Matt Ricci. I am broadly interested in machine learning for multiomics, particularly as it sheds light on systems-level phenotypes in health and disease. I am also fascinated by dynamical bifurcations in biology, and how models of these phenomena can be used to forecast qualitative changes in regulatory function and the emergence of genetic diseases. 

I recently started as a Group leader at Institut Imagine and Chaire de Professeur Junior (Asst. Prof.) at Université Paris Cité. Earlier, I was a Zuckerman Postdoctoral Fellow with Mor Nitzan. I completed my doctoral studies in machine learning as an NSF Graduate Research Fellow at Brown University, where I worked with Thomas Serre and Stuart Geman.
